We are leading high-quality syphon manufacturer and supplier in India
At Payal Engineering, DIN 16282 standards are followed for the production of syphons in order to obtain a range that excel in terms of reliability and performance. Other than, we believe quality is a pride of workmanship and therefore we make considerable attempts from the procurement of the casting to the dispatching. We only deal with the authorized vendor for the casting material and even check the foundry chemical test certificate and physical test certificate before purchasing to make sure we can manufacture toughest syphons can endure the harshest surroundings. The tested material sent to the machining shop in case of match with the outlined quality standards and if not, we send it back to the supplier.
Machining
At the machining shop, the casting material takes the form of the syphon by means of the controlled manufacturing processes to satisfy the needs of BIS 68212. Our quality controlled system completed mainly in three steps, which are:
- Incoming Inspection
- Inprocess Inspection
- Final Assembly & Testing with Test Reports
And to execute every single inspection, we have professionals holding notable years of experience in the allied domain.
Incoming Inspection:
To manufacture a quality range of the syphon, it is also necessary to have quality raw materials, and thereby our very first phase of the quality control is the incoming material inspection, in which we check all sourced raw materials in respect of required quality standards ahead of manufacturing.
Inprocess Inspection:
We believe qualitative processes are at par important to accomplish the quality range of the syphons, and therefore we are equally cautious towards processes we follow. Moreover, we frequently check all processes and sub-assembly processes against ISO 9001:2008 quality standards prior to executing the fabrication of the syphons. On confirmation, the designed processes are forwarded to the production department.
Final Assembly and Testing with Reports:
On the completion of the manufacturing, measurement is ensured by means of a Vernier caliper or micrometer. Next to measurement, the end product is tested for leak-free construction by means of hydro testing. On finding no leakage or drops, it is sent to the assembly as per the requirements.
